What is Respite Care?

Respite Care at Rogerson House is planned, short-term care provided right here at our Jamaica Plain center to give families of those with cognitive loss or memory issues a break from the daily time and emotional challenges of providing care. We make sure that it also provides a positive experience for the person receiving our care.

The Rogerson House Respite Care Program gives our guests access to the same exceptional services and amenities that our memory care assisted living residents receive with us. Families benefit from a temporary respite, knowing that their loved ones are in a warm, secure environment offering delicious, nutritious meals, a robust set of activities, and the ability to enjoy our uniquely intentional building design and amazing outdoor space.
